One shop, the whole process
Most machined parts need more than machining. They get heat treated, ground, finished. When each step happens at a different vendor, your part spends weeks in transit and picks up errors at every handoff. We keep CNC machining, wire EDM, heat treatment and finishing in one plant, with one team responsible for the result.
That matters most on hardened parts. We rough in the soft state, treat in house, then finish to final tolerance with EDM or grinding. Same fixtures, same measuring references, no freight between steps.
What we run
HAAS and Haitian vertical machining centers, a HAAS lathe with live tooling and a fourth axis, a 2026 wire EDM running 0.13 mm molybdenum wire, conventional turning up to 2 meters between centers, surface grinding and heat treatment. Tolerances to ±0.01 mm in machining and ±0.005 mm in EDM, on materials from 6061 aluminum to D2 and H13 tool steel at HRC 65, Inconel 718 and Ti-6Al-4V titanium.
